Every great team needs great mentors — and right now, the Jenks Prime Movers need you. FIRST Robotics Competition isn't just about building robots; it's about building confidence, character, and the next generation of engineers, innovators, and leaders. As a mentor, you won't just be teaching skills — you'll be shaping futures.

Whether you're a seasoned engineer, a hobbyist who loves to tinker, a college student looking to give back, or simply someone with a passion for helping young people grow, there's a place for you on our team. You don't need to be an expert — you just need to be willing to show up, share what you know, and learn alongside our students.

We're especially looking for mentors in:

• Electrical — wiring, control systems, and robot electronics

• CAD — 3D design and modeling for competition robots

• Mechanical — fabrication, build, and design

• Programming — robot code, sensors, and autonomous systems

...and so much more! From strategy and business planning to marketing, fundraising, safety, outreach, and logistics — every skill set has value here. If you've got time, talent, or even just enthusiasm to share, we want to hear from you.

Mentoring with the Prime Movers is more than volunteering — it's a chance to be part of something bigger. You'll watch students transform frustration into innovation, self-doubt into confidence, and ideas into working machines.
